Hello fellow students:
Remember that ALL of exercise 2 on circle theorems in due on Friday June. 5th. We will be going over them on Monday. Also, keep working on learning objectives. 60 or so will be due for the end June 22nd.
Mr. Maksymchuk will be handing out a project today that is to be done in either pairs of two or individually.
Enjoy math class...

Circle Theorems 6 and 7
Today we went over the last two circle theorems. We have been doing this all week and the rest of them are saved in the courswork drive.
Circle Theorem #6:
If a quadrilateral is cyclic, then the opposite angles are supplementary
*Meaning that the angles that are opposite each other always add up to 180 degrees.
Cirle Theorem #7:
If two lines are tangent to the same circle, and intersect in the exterior of the circle, then the line segments created by the point and points of tangency are congruent.

* So pretty much the lines are the same.
We then continued to do practice questions.
